With one common denominator: honesty and curiosity. **Your Responsibilities:** * Editing the editorial calendar for Fluidra’s corporate profiles on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. * Creating, editing, and distributing Fluidra’s videos on TikTok. * Managing advertising campaigns on TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. * Implementing the global Social Media strategy 2025. * Publishing content on the corporate website using the software "Wordpress". * Editing and writing key corporate narratives and materials. * Developing, executing, and leading strategic communication plans for the company by producing materials to support key campaigns. * Acting as a liaison between our communications agency and other departments within the company (HR, ESG, IR, etc.) to identify and respond to content needs, as well as assist in the creation, development, and execution of different strategies that help build brand engagement. * Working alongside the Corporate Communications team to plan, design, and create key messages and collateral materials for Fluidra and its executive team. **Professional Competencies Required for the Position:** * Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. * **More than 5 years of experience in social media management.** * Proven experience managing dynamic and active TikTok accounts. * **Proven experience managing social media advertising campaigns.** * Experience managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and social media analytics. * Advanced knowledge of advertising investment management tools, content planning tools such as Hootsuite, and graphic and audiovisual design tools such as InDesign will be highly valued. **Technical Competencies Required for the Position:** * **Bilingual level in Spanish-English or native English proficiency.** * Oriented toward developing efficient, multidisciplinary workflows involving digital and audiovisual language. * Ability to apply lateral thinking to briefs and deliver adapted, evolved proposals. * You have **excellent writing skills and experience in editing and writing**, with the ability to craft stories around complex/technical topics. **Attitudinal Competencies Required for the Position:** * Self-managed, autonomous, and independent. * Positive and realistic. * Dynamic and enthusiastic. * Capable of sound judgment and mature decision-making. * Active listening, empathy, and responsiveness to needs. * Up-to-date on social media trends and formats, with knowledge and access to visual and creative references.
