We are looking for an IT Trainee to join our tech team! **Mission** Ensure the proper functioning, evolution, and adoption of corporate applications, guaranteeing that technological solutions effectively meet business needs. Act as a liaison between technical teams and functional areas to drive continuous improvement and digital innovation. **Responsibilities** * Application maintenance and evolution + Support the management, updating, and continuous improvement of existing applications. + Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities. * Development of digital solutions + Identify needs across various business areas and translate them into technological solutions. + Participate in the design and implementation of new tools and applications. * Analysis and reporting + Prepare reports on the performance of current applications and new implementations. + Analyze KPIs related to usage, efficiency, and adoption to support decision-making. * User support and training + Support users during the adoption of new tools. + Design and draft technical documentation, guides, and training materials. + Deliver training sessions when required. * Collaboration with development teams * + Support the technical team in defining and evolving digital products. + Translate business needs into functional requirements. * + Validate solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Click to watch **Requirements:** * Studying/Graduated in Computer Engineering and/or related field. * Knowledge of Structured Programming. * Knowledge of SQL and databases. * Familiarity with MS Power Platform is desirable. * English level B2. * Strong teamwork skills. * Resilience, proactivity, and initiative. * Strong incident resolution skills.
