A shift supervisor is needed for an automotive company in Esparreguera. Main responsibilities include manufacturing and assembling components through resistance welding, as well as operating punching and bending processes. The position also involves ensuring proper application of control guidelines, correct use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with safety regulations. Experience in interpreting plant indicators, supervising staff during production, and monitoring general manufacturing processes will be valued. Additionally, collaboration with team leaders on adjustments and changeovers is required, along with performing other duties inherent to the role. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and corresponding legal rest periods. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the same sector. * We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual. * Residence near the workplace is a plus. . * Completed ESO or equivalent.\- Metalworking training is valued.
