At RMT Logistics, we are seeking to hire a **Process and Quality Manager**, reporting to **Business Performance**, to lead continuous improvement, process standardization, and quality management across textile logistics operations. Ensure continuous improvement of logistics processes, guarantee compliance with quality standards agreed upon with our customers, and contribute to operational excellence and business profitability. **Responsibilities** * Optimize and standardize logistics processes. * Manage the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and others). * Define and monitor operational and quality KPIs. * Conduct internal and external audits. * Manage non-conformities and corrective action plans. * Implement continuous improvement projects. * Coordinate with Business Performance, Operations, IT, and customers. * Train and raise staff awareness on processes and quality. **Requirements** * University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Logistics, Industrial Organization, or related field. * Experience in 3PL logistics, preferably in the textile/fashion sector. * Knowledge of Lean methodologies, quality management, WMS, and process analysis. * Analytical capability, results orientation, and cross-functional vision. **Offer** * A stable and strategic project within the Business Performance area. * Genuine autonomy and influence. * A dynamic and growing work environment. * Professional development in a key role for the organization.
