As a Functional QA specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through thorough testing and analysis. * Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans for web and mobile applications. * Perform comprehensive functional testing to identify and report software defects. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues. * Analyze test results and provide detailed failure reports using tracking systems. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. * Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing to ensure software quality. * Maintain and update test documentation, including test cases and procedures. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * More than 3 years of experience in functional testing of web and mobile applications. * Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Proficiency in designing and executing test cases and test plans. * Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools. * Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks. * Practical knowledge of SQL and database concepts. * Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. * ISTQB certification is preferred. * Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish is valued. **Additional Information** **What do we offer you?** * Permanent full-time contract * 23 days of vacation * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
