At ORBIDI, we continue to grow and are looking for a **Head of CX Operations** with a customer-centric vision, strong data orientation, and the ability to lead the end-to-end Customer Experience operations in a technological and expanding environment.
You will be responsible for leading the **CX Ops** area, ensuring an excellent customer experience, full control over inbound and outbound communications, and efficient operations supported by tools such as HubSpot, Intercom, and Ringover.
**Your mission**
Lead, optimize, and scale the Customer Experience operation at ORBIDI, guaranteeing high levels of satisfaction, operational efficiency, and alignment with the company’s growth objectives—always placing the customer at the center of decision-making.
**What you’ll do**
* Lead the CX Ops team, ensuring a high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints.
* Work to ensure the team achieves ORBIDI’s customer satisfaction, contactability, and renewal goals.
* Monitor and optimize inbound and outbound communications, managing the full customer journey.
* Analyze and improve processes and the customer journey to maximize efficiency and user experience.
* Automate workflows from lead generation through subscription model renewal.
* Serve as the liaison between CX, Operations, and other cross-functional teams across the company.
* Manage and ensure optimal use of technological tools (HubSpot, Intercom, and Ringover).
* Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking for key metrics and team objectives.
* Drive a data-driven operation based on CX KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, SLA, churn, among others.
**What we’re looking for in you**
* Over 5 years’ experience in operations and Customer Experience within startups or technology companies.
* Proven experience leading CX teams and managing complex operations.
* Advanced knowledge of CRM, automation, and data analytics (preferably HubSpot, Intercom, and Ringover).
* Hands-on experience working with CX metrics (NPS, CSAT, SLA, churn, etc.).
* Ability to administer HubSpot at an administrator level (dashboards, automations, integrations).
* Data-driven and analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement.
* Familiarity with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar.
* Excellent internal and external communication skills, with both strategic and operational business vision.
* Strong customer-centric orientation, balancing customer and business needs.
