Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Project Leader to manage software development projects, ensuring quality and application of best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams in software development projects. 2. Planning and management of software projects using agile methodologies. 3. Responsible for quality assurance and timely delivery in development. Full-time permanent position as SOFTWARE PROJECT LEADER. Work model: On-site. Salary: €1800 gross/month. Schedule: To be agreed. Location: Castellví de Rosanes. DISABILITY CERTIFICATE MANDATORY • Be part of the group’s corporate management system (Corporate Management Sys). • Medium- and long-term planning of the various project phases. • Short-term deadline planning based on client requirements. • Responsible for meeting deadlines correctly, as well as adhering to appropriate quality standards. • Analysis of client requirements and synchronization with software architects and technical leads to ensure proper planning. • Continuous improvement of project processes to achieve ongoing process enhancement. • Ensure application of best practices in software development processes. * Minimum 6 months’ experience. • Programming knowledge. • Prior experience in software development projects. • Prior experience in team management. • Prior experience applying agile methodologies. * Bachelor's or Engineering degree * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * English (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Electronic, Telecommunications, Industrial, Computer Science or Industrial Automation Engineer. • English level C1 * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary €1800
