Job Summary: IMAN CORPORATION is seeking an access control assistant to manage the entry and exit of personnel and data entry into computers. Key Highlights: 1. At IMAN Corporation, we specialize in outsourcing auxiliary services (e.g., reception, concierge, customer service, visitor assistance, access control, etc.). We need to hire an access control assistant for a client located in CERDANYOLA DEL VALLÈS. Responsibilities: \- Personnel access control \- concierge duties, visitor management, door opening/closing, etc. * Data entry into computers. * Training provided by the company. We offer: * Contract: Vacation replacement. * Duration: June 15 to June 30, with possible extension. * Salary: As per collective agreement (approximately €1,060–€1,270 for June 15–30). * Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 5:30 PM to 12:00 AM / 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM; Friday: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, according to the assigned shift schedule and in compliance with legally mandated rest periods. * Working hours: Part-time. Having a car is desirable.
