Braun Medical is seeking to hire a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for its Raw Materials Warehouse located in Rubí, on the 4th shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM). This is a temporary contract for 12 months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and track daily warehouse activities. * Supervise and coordinate tasks performed by team members under their responsibility. * Supervise compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Ensure proper distribution of medicines (GDP). * Train team members under their supervision. * Knowledge of and proficiency in warehouse IT systems. * Knowledge of and proficiency in warehouse machinery and facilities. * Ensure process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives. * Supervise compliance with Hygiene, Safety, and Occupational Risk Prevention regulations. * Inform team members of required safety and environmental measures, and integrate preventive and environmental activities into daily internal operations. They are responsible for promoting safe working methods through the use of collective and individual protective equipment, and for promoting sound environmental practices by ensuring that team members comply with preventive and environmental regulations. * **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) or Intermediate Vocational Training Certificate (FPII), preferably in an industrial field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within industrial warehouses and automated logistics environments. * Intermediate level of English. * Proficiency in standard computer applications; specific knowledge of IT systems used in logistics. * Advanced office software skills. * Proven ability and experience in team leadership and people management. Responsible and proactive individual, capable of extra effort when required. Adaptable and flexible.
