**Plàstics Boix, S.L** is a long-established family-owned company specializing in plastic manufacturing. We are currently seeking an experienced Injection Technician in the plastics industry. **Position Objective:** Coordinate production activities within the plastic injection section, ensuring compliance with quality, operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement standards. **Responsibilities:** * Set up and program pressure, temperature, speed, and cycle time parameters on injection machines. * Conduct mold trials and machine start-up procedures. * Monitor the complete production cycle and make adjustments to ensure product quality. * Supervise adherence to production plans (quality, quantity, and timelines). * Coordinate and manage the team. * Perform mold assembly and mold changes. * Monitor raw material supply. * Identify and correct defects in molded parts. * Supervise quality testing and statistical reporting. * Carry out first-level maintenance. * Propose technical improvements and participate in improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Knowledge of plastic injection machines.
