We are closely linked to Barcelona, but we project our Mediterranean character internationally, present in avenues, parks, streets, and squares around the world. We contribute to comprehensive urban design projects, creating urban landscapes through our business lines: **Urban Life** (urban elements), **Lighting** (public lighting), **Walking** (paving), and **Building** (architectural concrete). The selected candidate will be responsible for performing manufacturing tasks such as moving the mixer, parts, and any other necessary element within the production process using an overhead crane. They will work under the supervision of the Production Manager, Section Manager, or Team Leader, and in accordance with established rules and procedures, will collaborate with assembly and disassembly operators during molding and demolding processes, and carry out any production task as instructed by the supervisor. **WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?** Among other responsibilities, the following are highlighted: * Transport the mixer from the mixer machine to the filling points, participating in the mold filling process. * Remove pieces from the mold. * Handle molds and tables for their assembly or disassembly. * Collaborate in mold assembly and disassembly tasks. * Supervise and control the proper operation of assigned machinery and control systems, reporting incidents to the supervisor. * Detect deficiencies in the quality of parts, molds, or any element involved in the production process and report them to superiors. * Ensure, as well as collaborate with superiors in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Environmental regulations. * Assist in other production tasks when deemed necessary by superiors due to organizational production requirements. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Excellent opportunity for professional development within a company that is a leader in the construction sector and has strong ethical values. * Very good working environment, camaraderie, and teamwork. * Continuous training provided by the company. * Compensation commensurate with experience, knowledge, and skills brought to the role. **Requirements** -------------- We are looking for someone who meets the following requirements: * At least 1 year of experience. * Compulsory basic education. * Officially recognized training as an Overhead Crane Operator. * Attention to order and organization. * Teamwork skills. * Responsibility. * Spanish language proficiency. \#LI\-OM1 * **Location:** Martorell (Spain) * **Contract Type:** Due to production circumstances * **Working Hours:** Full time * **Sector:** Construction and architecture * **Vacancies:** 1 * **Discipline:** Production * **Work Mode:** On-site
