A construction company specializing in industrial building, located in Vallès Oriental, seeks to hire **Industrial and Tertiary Building Production Manager** **RESPONSIBILITIES** Conduct project analysis, plan work execution, and control costs to ensure the company’s profitability targets are met. Carry out all necessary procurement processes, ensuring compliance with required specifications and deadlines. Perform comprehensive cost control and propose solutions to address any deviations that arise. Monitor progress against the schedule to ensure timely project completion. Submit requests for materials, equipment, and personnel required to meet execution deadlines. Optimally coordinate subcontracted companies and manage related contracts. Provide supervisors with precise instructions and documentation to ensure proper work execution. Represent the company at site meetings with technical management and clients. Resolve issues arising during construction execution. Enforce occupational health and safety regulations on site. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related degree. Minimum two years’ experience managing construction execution within a contracting firm. Experience executing industrial and tertiary building projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with SIE or similar ERP systems is an advantage. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office suite, construction management software, and AutoCAD.
