Coordinate and lead the team of pharmacy technicians and assistants within the Pharmacy Service, managing daily operations and contributing to process development.

The Pharmacy Service provides proactive support through pharmacotherapy, aiming to ensure medications reach patients effectively, safely, and efficiently. It features a fully automated dispensing system, a modern pharmaceutical technology laboratory, and an outpatient care area.
**Workplace**
The candidate will join the Pharmacy Service and report to the Head of Service.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate the activities of the team of Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants.
* Lead the management of team schedules, timetables, and coverage.
* Support the training process for new professionals, substitutes, and students on internship.
* Efficiently manage the assigned area, collaborating in the organizational development of pharmacy processes.
* Channel appropriate training proposals aligned with needs, jointly with the Head of Service.
* Analyze incidents and coordinate indicator collection, together with the Quality Coordinator.
* Organize inventory execution.
* Ensure proper waste management.
* Collaborate with the Prevention Service by implementing the recommendations provided for occupational risk mitigation within the Service.

**Requirements**
* Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Laboratory or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Pharmaceutical Product Manufacturing and related fields.
* Proven experience as a Senior Pharmacy Technician or Senior Laboratory Technician.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience coordinating teams.
* Experience gained in a hospital setting or pharmaceutical industry.
* Prior experience in cytostatic preparation and magistral formulation.
* Prior experience with software systems for cytostatic and parenteral nutrition preparation.
* Prior experience using automated cabinets and dual-drawer systems.
* Digital competencies: MS Office, SAP
