This hybrid role combines strong design skills with a solid understanding of marketing strategy and execution. You will play a key role in developing visually compelling materials and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. **Main accountabilities:** Your mission will be to **execute \& support the marcom activity \& marketing campaigns.** * **Design marketing assets** including brochures, presentations, social media content, email templates, communication materials, and product sheets among others. * Work closely with Product Marketing and Communication teams to **e****nsure consistent brand identity** across all channels. * Collaborate on the **planning and execution of digital and offline campaigns** (email marketing, social media, events, web content). * Support the creation of landing pages, banners, and visuals for **digital advertising**. * Coordinate with external agencies, printers, or freelancers when needed. * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of **internal content libraries** (templates, icon sets, brand guidelines). * Implement \& use AI capabilities to easy \& fast adapt the communication materials \& marcom assets to the different countries \& languages. **What we expect from you:** * **Graphic Design,** Marketing, Communication, or a related field. * Languages: Proficient professional **English (written \& spoken) \& Spanish.** * 2\+ years of experience in a marketing and/or design role, preferably with experience in project\-based work or freelance assignments. * Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and tools like Canva or Figma. * Experience with **marketing platforms** (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and social media scheduling tools. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web design is a plus. * Excellent communication and project management skills. * Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment**.** **What you can expect from Fluidra:** * Be part of a **global leader** in the pool and wellness sector, driving innovation and sustainability. * Join a **multicultural and collaborative team** with real opportunities for growth and impact. * Contribute to **projects that shape the future** of pool technology and customer experience. * **Temporary position** (6 month contract). * Hybrid working model, flexible working hours, and offices located in **Sant Cugat del Vallès** (Barcelona area). *At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
