Support in drafting projects and technical documentation Job Description At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking for a Junior Technical Architect with 1–2 years of experience to join our Technical Architecture team in Barcelona. We seek a candidate who is motivated, eager to grow, and willing to participate in construction management projects, health and safety coordination, and technical documentation drafting support. Main Responsibilities * Support in drafting projects and technical documentation: health and safety studies, waste management plans, reports, and specifications. * Collaboration in preparing measurements and budgets. * Participation in Construction Management teams. * Use of drafting tools and support in producing drawings. * Coordination with other departments and document management on shared platforms. Requirements * Qualification: Technical Architecture or Building Engineering degree. * Experience: 1–2 years working in project drafting and construction teams. * Knowledge of Presto / TCQ for budgeting, AutoCAD, and Excel. * Languages: Spanish and Catalan. * Preferred: BIM (Revit) knowledge, English, MS Project, cost control, and basic Project Management concepts.
