We face significant challenges ahead that will enable us to keep growing and adding value to our Supply Chain. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Your main objective will be leading 3PL warehouse projects. These are projects involving different suppliers and teams, with high complexity and requiring detailed follow-up across multiple work streams. In your day-to-day... * You will ensure the proper execution of all parts of the assigned project, maintaining constant communication with all involved teams to achieve defined milestones. You will produce and maintain traceability of requirements, ensuring compliance with project milestones. * You will participate in gathering business requirements and their corresponding analysis. * You will supervise and participate in project testing phases. * You will manage communication with business stakeholders and ensure customer satisfaction with defined milestones. * You will supervise project costs and schedule, tracking progress across all parties and reporting updates to the area manager. * You will participate in technical and procedural definition tasks. ABOUT YOU: * Your education should be related to a degree in IT or Telecommunications. * You have at least 5 years of proven experience implementing WMS systems with automated components, developing complex logistics processes, and/or automating production processes. * Proficiency in Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. * Experience with Oracle PL/SQL. * Knowledge of the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). * Advanced level of English. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work under pressure. * Willingness to travel.
