**Job Responsibilities:**
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be a key contributor to project design and execution, assuming the following responsibilities:
* **HVAC Design for Industrial Projects:** You will develop HVAC system designs for industrial projects, covering all phases from conceptualization to detailed documentation.
* **Thermal Load Calculations:** You will perform precise thermal load calculations to ensure system efficiency and occupant comfort.
* **System Sizing:** You will expertly size ventilation, exhaust, and air conditioning systems to guarantee optimal performance.
* **Ductwork and Piping Network Design:** You will design ductwork and piping networks, considering technical feasibility, efficiency, and integration with other disciplines.
* **Technical Specifications Preparation:** You will draft detailed technical specifications for equipment and materials, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
* **Interdisciplinary Coordination:** You will closely collaborate with other engineering departments (mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.) to ensure proper integration of HVAC systems into the overall project.
* **Budgeting and Quantity Surveying:** You will use tools such as Presto to prepare detailed budgets and carry out quantity surveying.
* **Technical Procurement Requests:** You will prepare technical procurement requests for materials and equipment.
* **Site Participation:** You will provide technical expertise during construction execution, resolving issues and supervising correct system installation.
**Job Requirements:**
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications:
* **Education:** University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or related field).
* **Experience:** Minimum of **3 years of proven experience** in HVAC system design and implementation, preferably in industrial settings.
* **Technical Knowledge:**
* In-depth understanding of HVAC principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
* Experience in HVAC design for industrial projects.
* Proficiency in thermal load calculations.
* Experience in sizing ventilation and exhaust systems.
* Skill in designing ductwork and piping networks.
* Ability to prepare technical specifications and procurement requests.
* Experience in quantity surveying and budgeting.
* **Software:** Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD, Revit MEP or similar) and specialized HVAC calculation software. Proficiency in **Presto** is especially valued.
* **Additional Skills:**
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to efficiently solve problems.

* **Preferred Experience:** Experience in large-scale industrial projects within sectors such as:
* Batteries
