Our team consists of **over 6,500 employees**, highly skilled professionals from over 45 countries. **Mission:** The Data Analytics & AI Trainee will support the Reporting & Analytics team in developing Business Intelligence solutions and implementing automations that facilitate data exploitation. This role is suited for a technical and analytical profile, with a strong focus on Microsoft tools, SQL, and the application of artificial intelligence technologies in data analysis. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain **Power BI dashboards**, ensuring proper data integration and modeling. * Connect, transform, and analyze data from **databases** using SQL and other tools. * Research and apply use cases of **Artificial Intelligence** aimed at data extraction, structuring, and automation. * Collaborate with the team on standardizing and optimizing reporting processes. **To succeed in this role, you need a positive and dynamic attitude, as well as the following qualifications:** * Ongoing technical education (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or similar). * Advanced knowledge of **Power BI** (data modeling, visualization, metrics). * Advanced level of **Excel**. * Knowledge of **SQL** and database management. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (**Power Automate, Power Apps**). * Interest in the practical application of **Artificial Intelligence** for data automation. * **Advanced English** (spoken and written). * Plus: knowledge of **Snowflake**.
