Innovamat was founded in 2017 in Barcelona (Spain) and works with 21,500 teachers from more than 2,300 schools in Spain, Italy, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Ecuador, Brazil, Peru, and US, who teach competency\-based and meaningful mathematics to more than 490,000 students. **Your mission** You will be part of our Operations team, and you will play a key role in helping to enhance Revenue department effectiveness and productivity through process optimization, business data analysis and the implementation of internal tools and automations. You will work across multiple teams to ensure operational efficiency, data quality, and scalable systems that support Innovamat’s growth. **Your day to day at Innovamat** * Collaborating with Sales, Meeting Generation, Marketing and Customer Success teams to improve end\-to\-end processes and ensure operational consistency across the Revenue department. * Designing, implementing and maintaining internal no\-code tools and automations to solve business needs efficiently. * Monitoring and ensuring data quality in our CRM and business systems through regular governance processes, validations and proactive maintenance. * Identifying gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows, and proposing solutions based on data and technical feasibility. * Building and owning dashboards and KPI reports that support strategic and tactical decision\-making. Analyzing business data to understand performance, detect trends and generate actionable insights. * Communicating regularly with stakeholders across the company to understand their operational needs and pain points, and translate them into system or process improvements. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or any STEM\-related field. * Strong interest in process design, business systems and data analytics. * Proficiency in spreadsheets and working with structured data (or strong willingness to learn quickly). * Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to think critically about processes and data. * Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross\-functionally with both technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * High level of autonomy and self\-initiative; you enjoy taking ownership and making things work better. * Fluent in Spanish and English. The research team plays a transversal and fundamental role, which includes measuring the impact of Innovamat's proposal as well as providing insights that enable changes and the development of new products based on scientific evidence. The research team is also responsible for sharing their findings with the scientific community through well\-designed studies suitable for publication in peer\-reviewed journals and presentation at scientific conferences. ### **Your mission** You will be part of the Research team (HQ, Sant Cugat del Vallès), supporting various research tasks and leading studies focused on the implementation of the educational proposal. Your mission will be to **better understand the factors influencing the implementation of the proposal** and the **indicators that allow predicting its success**. ### **Your daily life** * Learn about the research we conduct at Innovamat and the educational proposal we offer in depth. * Propose research questions and design studies to answer them. * Conduct literature reviews and communicate them to different teams to inform decision\-making. * Participate in and lead the implementation of research studies, including participant recruitment, teacher training, data collection (tests, interviews, focus groups, etc.), etc. * Analyze data and play a key role in interpreting the results. * Communicate research findings internally (to other teams) and externally (conferences, papers, blog articles, workshops, etc.). * Find research collaborations and grant opportunities. * Build a trust relationship with the management team and the teaching staff of the centers participating in the research. * Stay up to date with the educational landscape, new trends, and future challenges. ### **What are we looking for in you?** More than 2 years of research experience in social sciences (education, sociology, psychology or cognition, economics), in a topic related to learning or education. * Master degree in social sciences (Doctorate is nice to have!) * You are passionate about education and are familiar with the educational environment. * Proven research skills, including study design, protocol design, data collection, data analysis, and writing skills. * Proven knowledge of mixed methods, both qualitative (focus groups, interviews, field work, etc.) and quantitative (parametric and non\-parametric methods, regressions, etc.). * You are comfortable speaking in public and have strong communication skills. * Eager to work in a dynamic, motivating environment with a fast\-paced workload. * Great capacity and willingness to learn, and proactive in problem\-solving. * You are a team player and show initiative. * Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English. * Driving license (Category B).
