SAT Technician (Technical Assistance Service)

We are seeking to hire an **SAT Technician** to strengthen our Operations team. Main Responsibilities **Customer Support** * Coordination and management of maintenance activities according to schedule (including visits to the client’s premises) * Resolution of inquiries and provision of technical assistance **Preventive Maintenance** * Review of prior reports * Verification of equipment operation (SAT checklist) * On-site communication of results to the client **Corrective Maintenance** * Diagnosis and preliminary inspection * Preparation of materials * Equipment repair and commissioning * Communication of results to the client **Documentation and Quality** * Preparation and submission of maintenance reports * Completion of SAT checklists * Document management with clients and internal teams * Work conducted under quality standards (5S methodology) **Logistics** * SAT stock control * Preparation of materials * Maintenance of tools and company vehicle **Team Support** * Onboarding and field training for new technicians Requirements **Education** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (in electricity, electronics, mechanics, or related fields) **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in a similar position **Knowledge** * Pneumatics and PLCs * Use of multimeters and electrical tools **Other Requirements** * Valid driver’s license (B1\) * Willingness and ability to travel **Preferred Qualifications** * Preventive Resource certification * Confined spaces training * Working at height certification If you seek a technical environment where you can grow and actively participate in client projects, we want to meet you!
