Foundation of the Vallès Oriental that works with the main objective of promoting social and labor inclusion of people at risk of social exclusion, especially those with intellectual disability and/or severe mental health disorders, seeks a Residential Monitor with experience in support/accompanying tasks in daily life activities and their well-being. Provide support in daily living tasks: hygiene, dressing, feeding, etc. • Attend to the needs of assisted individuals with active listening. • Actively work on the goals and actions of the PIAI, and carry out its evaluation. • Ensure compliance with the rules established at the service. • Mediate in conflict relationships between users. • Supervise and record all relevant aspects of the individual, especially health processes, paying close attention to medical guidelines regarding any medication they may be taking. • Respond to any incidents that may arise, apply established procedures, and notify the service manager if necessary. • Supervise and ensure compliance with activities, schedules, and good habits at the end and beginning of the day, providing necessary support. • Take responsibility for the proper use of facilities and spaces. • Collaborate with the rest of the team to contribute to the smooth operation of the service. Ensure fluid communication and actively participate in meetings. * Experience: 24 months. Training in Nursing Assistant, Care for Dependent People, or Social Integration. • Minimum one year of experience. • Experience working with people with disabilities or mental health disorders. * Spanish (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Catalan (spoken Superior, written Superior) * Competencies / knowledge: Education: Vocational training cycles in Nursing Assistant, Care for Dependent People, or Social Integration. Knowledge in care for people with disabilities or mental disorders.
