We are currently looking for a **Quality \& Knowledge Management Engineer**, holding a degree in **Industrial Engineering** and possessing a **broad technical foundation** (electrical/electronic engineering and/or industrial organization are valued), to provide cross-functional support to the Engineering \& Operations Department, reporting to the department head (**Chief Engineering Officer, hereinafter CEngO**). This role has an **operational and coordination focus**, supporting the CEngO in **document control and ISO 9001 compliance**, **information organization**, and **technical file management**, with emphasis on **execution** and **follow-up**. It is a clearly **cross-functional role**, oriented toward **common sense, responsibility, sound judgment, and follow-up**, within a complex technological and market environment. The focus is on **simplifying and standardizing** to reduce unnecessary workload, **without compromising regulatory compliance** or the **safety** of processes and products. We do not seek a specialist with prior experience in each of the above topics; rather, we seek a **mature, versatile, and generalist profile**, equipped with **sound judgment and common sense**, capable of understanding internal and external experts, asking the right questions, proposing high-level implementation alternatives, and ensuring initiative progress. We value the ability to **learn**, **adapt**, and **transfer** knowledge and skills acquired in other domains, as well as assuming **responsibility** and **ownership** of prioritized tasks under the CEngO’s supervision. **Initial Priorities** * Information/documentation organization (e.g., SharePoint): needs analysis, requirements definition, and implementation tracking with IT/partners. * Document control (procedures/instructions) and ISO 9001 support (audits, corrective and improvement actions). * Technical files/certifications and associated compliance documentation (per defined procedures). **Responsibilities** * Creation and maintenance of process/procedure documentation and instructions; monitoring of their implementation. * ISO 9001 system support: document control, audit preparation, and tracking of corrective and improvement actions. * Coordination and documentation maintenance for Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) within the management system, coordinated with advisors/prevention service (under CEngO supervision). * Analysis of internal information/documentation needs and consolidation of requirements (access rights, usability, maintainability; basic cybersecurity, escalating to experts as needed). * Implementation and follow-up of defined document organization systems (e.g., SharePoint), supported by partners; coordination with IT vendors for deployment. * Redmine administration: project structure maintenance and support in workflow definition/improvement. * Maintenance of technical files, product/component documentation, and certification-related documentation. * Support for article/component registration procedures in the company’s system to ensure documentary compliance (REACH, RoHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.). * Environmental documentation support and coordination with external advisors. * Technical support for logistics/export: documentation and coordination of inquiries (transport restrictions, customs tariffs, dual-use items, etc.).
