At Vicens Maquinària Agrícola SA, official John Deere dealer, we are selecting a workshop manager to coordinate and lead workshop activities, ensuring maximum post-sales service quality, operational efficiency, and our customers' satisfaction. \- Organize, plan, and supervise daily workshop activities, optimizing available human and technical resources. \- Coordinate and lead the team of mechanics, fostering a collaborative, efficient, and quality-oriented work environment. \- Provide technical support to the team in complex diagnostics and incident resolution. \- Ensure repair, maintenance, and preparation quality for both new and used equipment. \- Maintain smooth communication with customers, informing them of repair status and ensuring excellent service. \- Coordinate with spare parts, administration, and sales departments to guarantee comprehensive service. \- Participate in the technical training and development of the team. \- Perform repairs and diagnostics on agricultural equipment (tractors, harvesting and cultivation equipment, precision agriculture equipment, etc.), as well as corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment. \- Complete corresponding administrative reports and procedures for each workshop task (work order form, technical communication with manufacturers, time sheet, etc.). * 5 years of experience. \- Minimum 5 years of experience in repair and diagnosis of agricultural, industrial, or related machinery. \- Experience in planning and managing work orders. * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Training in mechanics, electromechanics, automotive engineering, agricultural machinery, or similar fields. \- Ability to lead technical teams. \- Advanced knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electronic systems applied to machinery. \- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex failures. \- Orientation towards service quality and customer satisfaction. \- Ability to organize, plan, and prioritize tasks. \- Knowledge of workshop management software. \- Driving license B. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours
