Two consecutive days off We are looking for a person to work as a cook in a restaurant located in Orihuela Costa. Daily responsibilities include preparing dishes following the establishment's specific techniques, always ensuring quality, flavor, and presentation. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for cleaning and filleting fish, meat, and fresh produce, maintaining order and hygiene at all times in accordance with current regulations. Creativity in developing new flavor combinations will be highly valued. Previous kitchen experience is required, preferably in Mediterranean, Asian, or Italian cuisine, along with hospitality training and a food handler's certificate. It is essential to reside nearby and have personal transportation, as well as flexible working hours. A temporary contract is offered, with potential for permanent employment. Working hours are organized into intensive shifts covering breakfast, lunch, or dinner service, guaranteeing two consecutive days off. The salary is €12.08 gross per hour, supplemented by a night shift allowance, within a dynamic work environment offering continuous training.
