The selected individual will serve as the technical reference point, collaborating across multiple teams to ensure platform availability, performance, and evolution—actively participating in decision-making and continuous service improvement. This position is based in Seville under a hybrid work model: some days worked remotely from home and others on-site at the office, where you can build meaningful synergies with your team. Residency in Spain and valid Spanish work authorization are mandatory. Responsibilities: * Manage and operate collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online), including administration, advanced configuration, and incident resolution. * Monitor infrastructure events using tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, or ServiceNow Event Management to prevent incidents and optimize service delivery. * Automate operational tasks via scripting (PowerShell, Python) and configuration management tools. * Coordinate with network, security, and workplace teams to ensure proper integration and operation of communication services. Key Responsibilities: * Operate and maintain collaboration and communication platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. * Lead Infrastructure Event Management (IEM), identifying patterns and proposing operational improvements. * Govern continuous service delivery, ensuring compliance with SLAs and XLAs. * Implement improvements to incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL). * Collaborate on corporate communication platform security enhancement initiatives. * Identify automation and efficiency opportunities in digital service operations. Mandatory Requirements: * 4.5 to 7 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure platform management. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Infrastructure Event Management using tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, or ServiceNow. * Approximately 3 years of experience administering collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365: Teams, Exchange, SharePoint). * English language proficiency at B2 level. * University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related field. Equivalent professional experience in relevant functions may be accepted in lieu of formal qualification. Desirable Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Management and Integration. * Minimum 2 years of experience with Issue Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow or similar). * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations. * Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Security Operations. * Minimum 1 year of experience in structured problem analysis and resolution (Problem Management). * Minimum 1 year of experience in automation using PowerShell or Python.
