We seek a proactive, organized individual with strong attention to detail, capable of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all duties. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist chefs in ingredient preparation (cutting, peeling, mixing, etc.). * Help prepare various dishes following the chef's guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, utensils, and kitchen equipment. * Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. * Manage stock of basic supplies and communicate replenishment needs. * Collaborate in receiving and storing goods. * Participate in general cleaning of the kitchen and related areas. * Support food plating and service. * Perform mise en place tasks according to service requirements. * Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of cooking techniques. * Understanding and application of food hygiene and safety regulations. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn. * Good physical condition for performing the job. * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Vocational training in Culinary Arts or related field. * Prior experience in hotels or tourism establishments. * Knowledge of different cuisines. * Communication skills. * Positive, customer-oriented attitude.
