Publication Date 09/15/2025 Requirements Education Vocational Training in Electricity and Electronics or higher Desirable Candidate with experience as an electrical/electronic installer. Knowledge of systems/hardware as well as low-level programming (Arduino, C\+\+, etc...) will be valued. Motivated to start a new professional project within a stable company in the Osona region. Initiative and organizational skills to efficiently and independently manage maintenance, improvement, and evolution of our proprietary automation products and services. Requirements We are seeking a technician/installer with knowledge in electricity and electronics to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing and verifying our NEOS4IOT boards used in automation solutions such as ReservaPlay (doors and lights) and TimeNeos (access control and time tracking). Technical Skills (Hard Skills) - Solid knowledge of low-voltage electricity and electrical installations. - Experience in wiring, electrical panels, and access control systems. - Ability to prepare technical budgets and site measurements. - Basic knowledge of configuration and verification of electronic systems. - Experience in automation and home automation is a plus. - Proficiency with software applications (C\+\+, firmwares, and lower-level programming languages), computer networks, and software and database configuration. - Valid driver's license B and availability to travel to sites (within Catalonia). Main Responsibilities: - Installation of electronic boards, keypads, sensors, electric locks, and small electrical panels. - On-site wiring and connections according to configurations previously prepared by the technical office. - Machining and assembly of locks for electric lock installation (optional, can be outsourced). - Preparation of budgets (materials, required hours, and site measurements) for new installations. - Coordination with other tradespeople during the installation process. - Remote support and verification of installations carried out by clients or third parties (doors, lights, access points). - Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and WhatsApp to external installers. - Configuration of our products (specialized in the control software embedded in our electronic boards). - Provide close, clear, and empathetic service to our clients and partners. - Collaborate with the development team in creating support materials and improving automation services. - Contribute to proposing technical or process improvements. Mandatory - Education in Electricity/Electronics (Higher Vocational Training or Degree). - Minimum 2 years of experience in installations within the technology sector, preferably in software/electronics companies. - Competencies: communication, client orientation, active listening, empathy, problem and incident resolution, organization and time management.
