Our client is a company dedicated to **residential construction**, with over **25 years of experience** in **design and building**. We specialize in innovative aluminum formwork technology, enabling us to carry out high-quality projects with **efficiency and speed**, ensuring robust and durable structures. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: #### **1.** **Site Execution Management** * Controls and supervises the proper **execution of works** according to the project and technical specifications. * Verifies **materials, processes, and work units**. * Checks compliance with technical regulations (CTE, EHE, REBT, etc.). #### **2.** **Quality Control** * Prepares or reviews the **Quality Control Plan**. * Supervises material testing and monitors results. * Ensures material traceability and correct on-site placement. #### **3.** **Economic Management and Measurements** * Conducts **measurements, valuations, and certifications** of completed work. * Collaborates in **cost control**, comparing budget, certifications, and deviations. * May prepare **budgets and technical specifications**. #### **4.** **Occupational Health and Safety Coordination** #### **5.** **Planning and Monitoring** * Participates in **work planning** (schedules, resources, and productivity). * Monitors progress using **MS Project**. * Attends site meetings, prepares minutes, and coordinates stakeholders. #### **6.** **Documentation and Project Closeout** * Drafts **reports, minutes, and certifications**. * Supervises final documentation. * Participates in **project handover** and warranty management. ### **Requirements** Education: Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent + 60-hour PRL course. Experience: Minimum 3 years as site manager or project manager.
