We are seeking an Information Assistant in Salamanca to handle the telephone switchboard, receive visitors, and distribute mail and courier deliveries. The role also includes controlling access, supervising facilities, and preparing them for opening and closing. In case of an emergency, the candidate will lead evacuations and provide assistance. They will manage incidents and serve members of the public requesting information. This position requires basic education (ESO or equivalent), office software skills, and foundational knowledge of occupational risk prevention, quality, and environmental management. Prior experience in similar roles is valued. The position is part-time, with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and rest days assigned according to the duty roster. The contract is temporary.
