We need to hire a Temporary Selection Consultant for our Salamanca office on a temporary basis, providing services to the office's clients. Your responsibility will be ensuring service delivery in managing deployed workers, as well as guaranteeing coverage of client recruitment and selection processes according to established quality parameters and objectives. \- You will manage the full selection process for all profiles required by our clients, including sourcing, individual interviews, group dynamics, and final selection. \- You will also handle hiring and renewal follow-ups, maintaining direct contact with workers. \- You may identify areas for service and procedural improvements, having autonomy to implement initiatives. ### **Requirements** \- HR-related education and people management training are desirable. \- One year of generalist recruitment experience is desirable, accustomed to managing high volumes of selection processes and conducting competency-based interviews. \- Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills, as you will interact directly with our clients! \- Vehicle and valid driver's license. ### **We Offer** \- Join Adecco Group, a multinational recognized as a great place to work.
