At **CPB**, we are expanding our team and seeking a **professional specialized in floor polishing, shining, and renovation**, with proven experience and enthusiasm to join a company with over 40 years of history in the sector. This position focuses on projects for **construction companies in Catalonia**, especially in the **Barcelona and Vallès areas**, with potential assignments across other regions of Catalonia. **Position Summary** The selected candidate will join our team to carry out floor polishing, shining, and surface maintenance tasks. We seek a responsible individual who collaborates well with the team and maintains a positive attitude—a person who adapts readily to the work pace and carefully handles finishes, consistently delivering high-quality results. **Responsibilities** * Perform floor polishing, shining, and crystallization using specialized machinery. * Assess surface conditions and prepare work areas according to each project’s requirements. * Carry out restoration, leveling, and surface treatment processes as needed. * Meet established deadlines and follow instructions from the site supervisor or foreman. * Maintain machinery, tools, and the work area in good condition and in compliance with safety regulations. * Collaborate respectfully and coordinately with the team and personnel from other contracted companies. **Requirements** * **Proven experience as a floor polisher** (references or previous work samples will be valued). * **A 60-hour PRL course will be valued.** * **Mandatory training:** \- A **20-hour Masonry course** \+ a specific **6-hour Tiling and Cladding course**, OR a **20-hour PRL course for Tiling and Cladding**. * Familiarity with polishing machinery, diamond pads, burnishers, and specific chemical products. * Ability to work autonomously, organizedly, and responsibly. * Availability to travel within Barcelona, Vallès, and other areas of Catalonia. * Having a personal vehicle is desirable. * Proficiency in Spanish.
