If you enjoy resolving on-site failures, commissioning installations, and training customers, here you will enjoy technical autonomy, a company vehicle, and the opportunity to travel nationally and internationally (Europe and the Americas) to tackle real-world production-line challenges. **Your Responsibilities:** * Commissioning and troubleshooting of machine vision systems at customer sites across all industrial sectors. * Corrective and preventive maintenance of machine vision systems. * Remote and on-site diagnostics, prioritization of tasks, and technical resolution of incidents. * Writing clear and precise technical reports following interventions. * Providing technical training to customers on equipment operation and maintenance. ### **Minimum Requirements** **Your Profile** * Education: Higher Vocational Training Diploma in Industrial Automation and Robotics or equivalent. * Experience in technical support for machine vision equipment; experience in industrial environments is highly valued. * Technical knowledge: machine vision systems, hardware and software diagnostics and repair, reading technical drawings and documentation. * Willingness and availability to travel frequently, both nationally and internationally. **What We Offer** * Stable employment with an indefinite contract at an internationally active industrial company. * High degree of technical autonomy and variety of projects. * Company vehicle and mobile phone + allowances and compensation for on-call duties and travel. * Technical development opportunities within the Technical Support Department.
