Architect for ECCOM Collaborating Entity of the Administration A Coruña ### **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the sector. * Experience in drafting basic technical projects for construction and activity license applications, as well as applying regulations in executive projects and construction management. * Experience applying the Galician Provincial General Urban Development Plan (PGOU). **Preferred qualifications:** . Experience in residential, tertiary, retail, food service, and healthcare sectors. . Master’s degree in Artistic and Historical Heritage. .
