




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant for reception and support to the recruitment and training department at an events services company. Key Points: 1. Full-time split-shift schedule An enterprise specializing in auxiliary staffing services for events requires an administrative assistant to be stationed at the company’s office reception and provide support to the recruitment and training department. Administrative support tasks for the personnel recruitment and training department, including: creating employee onboarding files; monitoring and maintaining staff documentation; managing training programs; issuing PPE and uniforms; overseeing warehouse stock; and providing documentary support to occupational health and safety coordination activities. Telephone assistance, reception of visitors and goods. * Minimum 3 months’ experience. Prior experience is not required. * Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) qualification * Competencies / knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential; eagerness to learn and work collaboratively. * Temporary employment contract (4 months) * Full-time schedule * Additional information: Full-time contract, Monday to Friday, from 9:30\-14:00 and 15:00\-18:00 (7.5 hours per day). Start date: April 14, ending September 18, 2026 (including vacation period from August 10\-23).
