In Moraleja, we are looking for a proactive person with strong leadership skills to join a management team. The main role will be to act as a bridge between clients and production departments, ensuring that each project is carried out with the highest quality and within established deadlines. This involves direct communication with clients, participating in key meetings and addressing their requirements. Internally, it will be necessary to lead and coordinate the Design, Carpentry, Graphics, and Assembly teams. Relationships with external suppliers will also be managed, negotiating services and ensuring their proper execution. Active on-site supervision during assemblies will be essential to guarantee final quality and resolve any unforeseen issues. Previous experience in project management and team coordination is required. We seek a solution-oriented individual with leadership ability, excellent organizational skills, and great attention to detail. Although no specific academic background is mandatory, studies in Art History, Fine Arts, Interior Architecture, or related fields—providing both aesthetic and technical perspective—will be positively valued. Knowledge of foreign languages, especially English, will be appreciated for potential international projects. Full availability to travel and attend assemblies as required by each project is essential.
