Description

Provide support to people with physical disabilities so they can achieve their life goals autonomously and independently. • Support or substitute functions in daily living activities (hygiene, feeding, accompaniment, personal care, etc.). • Support functions in accompaniment activities outside the home (leisure, training, work, medical appointments, community participation, personal errands, among others). • Support or substitute functions in other activities that form part of the user’s independent living plan. For example: domestic support functions. * Minimum experience: 1 month. • Interest and capacity for learning. • Knowledge of Personal Autonomy and Independent Living. • Organizational skills, autonomy, responsibility, and ability to take a supportive, non-intrusive role. • Good comprehension of Catalan; fluency in speaking is desirable. • Valid work permit. • Certificate of absence of sexual offenses. * PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIZATION QUALIFICATION * Catalan (spoken: Intermediate, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: • Flexibility and adaptability to the environment. • Person-centered care. • Honesty, respect, responsibility, and active listening. • Commitment, empathy, discretion, confidentiality, assertiveness, and mediation. • Ability to be an active yet non-directive person. * Willingness to travel * Driving license: B+E * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Part-time work (15 hours per week) * Gross monthly salary ranging from '600' to '700' * Additional relevant information: • Disability certificate. • Training in care for dependent persons, socio-healthcare, nursing, etc. • Training in social integration, social education, or other related fields and trades. • Flexible working hours. • Availability for travel. • Professional and well-groomed appearance, with appropriate personal hygiene and attire suited to the work context. • Food handler’s certificate. • Driver’s license. • Residence in the municipality of employment or nearby municipalities. • Substitution contract for vacation period: July 10, 2026 – July 19, 2026. • Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays, 9:00–10:30; Wednesdays, 8:30–10:30; Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, 9:00–10:30 and 19:00–21:00
