Ensure the platform's long-term scalability Lead Software Engineer Matrix Development System is a technology company with proprietary products, specializing in developing solutions that facilitate and accelerate the digital transformation of consulting firms, tax advisory services, businesses, and institutions. Our solutions include document management, invoicing, automated accounting, OCR-based data extraction, and bank reconciliation, among others. We are part of a strongly consolidated group of companies operating across the technology and industrial sectors. Currently, we are looking to bring onboard a professional who will lead our technical team, help scale the product, and enhance its technical architecture — a production-ready SaaS product featuring a modern architecture centered on .NET Core and Vue.js. What do you need to fit this role? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Proven technical experience of at least 5 years as a Tech Lead, making technical decisions and leading teams in .NET (C\#) environments. It is essential that you have combined software development with mentoring and managing developers. Prior experience in document management software, ERPs, or accounting systems will be highly valued. Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Ability to determine when and how to apply them to maximize team performance. **Leadership and management skills:** Strong communication abilities and experience managing technical teams to guide, motivate, and coordinate them effectively. Experience designing modern software architectures (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture) and DevOps culture (CI/CD, Docker) will also be positively considered, as well as familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure. What will your day-to-day look like? We seek a Tech Lead who will serve as the technical cornerstone of our product. You will not only manage and support the development team daily but also drive our product roadmap. **Key responsibilities:** **Technical leadership:** Design and validate software architectures, design patterns, and best practices for backend, frontend, and all other systems. Oversee code quality and deployment processes. Team management and mentoring, supporting developers daily. Define working methodologies and conduct constructive code reviews. **Product evolution:** Actively participate in strategic product decisions, providing technical insight to assess impact, feasibility, and technical cost of new features. Architecture and scalability. Ensure our platform is future-ready and guarantee long-term scalability.
