Inside Sales Representative (m/f) The company is a market leader in its industry and operates globally. The position is based in Barcelona, and immediate hiring is required. RESPONSIBILITIES: Commercial support for various Sales Managers / Customer Service 1\. Customer Service * Maintaining customer data in the CRM system * Participation in customer acquisition * Preparation and follow-up of quotations (as directed by the Sales Manager) * Negotiation of sales volumes and prices (as directed by the Sales Manager) * Recording of orders and scheduling of delivery dates * Handling of complaints * Managing (annual) volume planning (consultation/adaptation) * General correspondence / sending documents to customers 2\. Control Functions * Coordination and monitoring of samples/projects * Monitoring of receivables based on the IT system * Credit limit control 3\.
