We are seeking a **Logistics Technician** to plan, coordinate, and supervise our company’s logistics operations, ensuring proper inventory management, transportation, and delivery of finished products, meeting deadlines while maintaining quality and service standards. **What will you do with us?** * Supervise and control the receipt and dispatch of raw materials and finished products in internal and external warehouses. * Coordinate collection and delivery transport of goods, ensuring punctuality and compliance with agreed conditions. * Organize and supervise routes and shipments to national and international customers. * Generate and manage logistics documentation: invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, and service orders, using the company’s ERP system. * Manage logistics incidents, resolve issues, and maintain corresponding documentation. * Review and validate transportation and logistics service invoices. * Analyze logistics processes and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. * Update and maintain logistics data in the ERP system (SAGE X3), ensuring traceability and integrity of operational information. **What profile are we looking for?** * Higher vocational qualification or equivalent in Transport and Logistics, International Trade, or Logistics and Transport Management. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain. * Advanced level of English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Proficiency in Excel, Word, SAGE X3, Power BI, and logistics platforms. * Proactivity, analytical ability, and orientation toward continuous improvement. **What we offer:** * Permanent full-time contract. * One day of remote work per week. * Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training. * A collaborative, dynamic, and motivating work environment. * Internal benefits such as product discounts, summer reduced working hours, training, and more. **About us** At Almond Laboratories, we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
