Apply Today. ### ### **Position overview** As a Back End Engineer, you will support manufacturing sites across EMEA and globally, driving process improvements, installations, and best practice implementation. You will play a key role in maintaining and optimising back\-end production equipment while supporting innovation, cost reduction, and operational excellence. ### **Key responsibilities include:** * Provide engineering support for projects and process improvements * Support installations, audits, and efficiency initiatives * Drive maintenance standards and best practices * Deliver technical support and training to plant teams * Identify root causes and implement effective solutions * Manage small\-scale plant projects * Collaborate with plants, suppliers, and engineering teams * Produce clear and timely site visit reports ### **What we are looking for:** * Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent) * knowledge of concorde machine * Strong knowledge of back\-end manufacturing processes * Proven problem\-solving and process improvement skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage priorities * Strong MS Office skills * Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) * Self\-motivated team player Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
