Description
The warehouse handler position is part of the handling and warehouse team, performing essential functions for daily operations. Activities include product handling, boxing, and packaging, ensuring compliance with customer-specified requirements. Labeling, relabeling, and visual quality control of finished products will also be carried out to guarantee that items meet required standards prior to distribution. Other responsibilities include assembling display stands, preparing promotional packs, and organizing batches—tasks requiring precision and attention to detail. Light loading and unloading of materials on handling lines form part of routine duties, ensuring a continuous product flow. Additionally, maintaining a clean, orderly, and uncluttered workspace is essential, promoting a safe and efficient environment for all operators. This role is key in the logistics chain, directly contributing to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position demands a methodical and collaborative approach, working in coordination with other team members to achieve daily objectives. The offered salary is €10.14 per hour gross, with working hours from 08:30 to 16:30 Monday through Friday on a continuous shift. A minimum of six months to one year’s prior experience in handling, packaging, or logistics warehouse roles is required. Availability to work the scheduled hours of 08:30–16:30 Monday through Friday is mandatory. Desirable qualities include high manual dexterity, meticulousness, and attention to detail when performing tasks. Residency in Polinyà or nearby areas—or having personal transportation to reach the workplace—is an important requirement. The minimum educational qualification required is Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO), and training in forklift operator certification is considered advantageous.
