Position Summary: An installation company is seeking a Site Manager / Technical Architect to oversee and execute comprehensive installation projects in Building Construction and Civil Engineering, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution control, and economic management. Manage the economic aspects of the construction project and represent the company. An installation company headquartered in Vallès, specializing in comprehensive management and installation services for Building Construction and Civil Engineering, is looking to hire a **Site Manager / Technical Architect**. ***Key responsibilities include:*** * Developing the Construction Plan (organization of equipment, technical resources, materials, and personnel) * Monitoring and ensuring optimal execution of construction projects, safeguarding maximum project efficiency, adherence to delivery deadlines, quality control of services provided, etc. * Managing the economic aspects of the construction project (budgets, certifications, costs, etc.) * Representing the company during site visits and project follow-ups * Supporting departments including budgeting, engineering, procurement, HR, and drafting ***Knowledge and experience in installation systems are required.*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €35,000.00–€38,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company phone Education: * Diploma/Degree (Preferred) Experience: * Technical Architect: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
