




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates plant personnel, controls civil works execution, and optimizes production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and supervision of plant personnel. 2. Control of civil works execution on site. 3. Resolution of operational incidents and productive optimization. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of civil works carried out at the plant, and will manage the coordination and supervision of plant personnel, ensuring proper operation execution and maximum productive performance of Corporación Everest’s facilities. This position plays a key role in the plant’s daily operations, organizing team work, resolving operational incidents, and guaranteeing that processes are executed safely, orderly, and efficiently, in compliance with production, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Coordinate and supervise plant personnel during their shift, assigning tasks and priorities. Ensure achievement of production targets by optimizing time and resources. Monitor the execution of civil works carried out at the plant. Organize daily work to ensure continuity of the production process and avoid unnecessary stoppages. Supervise correct use of machinery, equipment, and facilities. Identify, manage, and resolve operational incidents, coordinating with maintenance for prompt resolution. Ensure compliance with safety, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental regulations. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper organization of work areas. Report any relevant incident, production deviation, or resource requirement to the company manager. Collaborate in onboarding and training of new plant personnel. Promote a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Prior experience in civil works management. Prior experience in supervising or coordinating teams in industrial or plant environments. Knowledge of production processes and shift-based work organization. Leadership and people management skills, with a results- and productivity-oriented approach. Organizational, planning, and task-prioritization abilities. Ability to resolve operational incidents in real time. Commitment to complying with safety, occupational health and safety (PRL), and environmental regulations.
