This is a junior position, ideal for someone looking to build a career in administration and accounting within a growing company. This role is designed for a candidate seeking a part-time morning schedule, with opportunities for advancement within the administrative area. The candidate will join our offices in Sant Joan Despí (Barcelona) and provide support in administrative and accounting tasks for the Finance Department. Competency-wise, we require a proactive, dynamic individual with sound judgment and analytical skills—oriented toward achieving objectives and delivering optimal results. Who are we looking for? - Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) qualification in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting tasks (internships also considered). - Interest in accounting and administrative management. - Proficiency in Excel and office software. - Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented. - Proactive profile, eager to learn and develop professionally. Invoice Registration and Control - Receipt and review of supplier invoices. - Registration and accounting of received invoices. - Classification and digital archiving of supplier invoices. - Accounting of issued invoices. 2. Payment Management - Preparation of payment batches. - Monitoring of invoice due dates. - Bank reconciliation of payments. 3. Supplier Relations - Responding to supplier inquiries regarding payments or invoices. - Requesting pending invoices. - Managing incidents (e.g., duplicate invoices, amount errors, etc.). 4. Administrative and Tax Support - Preparing information for monthly financial closings. - Assisting in preparing tax forms related to suppliers (e.g., Form 347). - Supporting accounting audits. * 1 year’s experience. Higher Vocational Training (FP Superior) qualification in Administration and Finance, Accounting, or related field. 1–2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting tasks (internships also considered). Interest in accounting and administrative management. * HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING (FP SUPERIOR) QUALIFICATION * Skills / Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel and office software.
