You will oversee **key processes** such as purchasing, warehousing, and accounting documentation, contributing to process optimization. You will also act as the liaison between the hotel team and corporate departments, ensuring transparent, efficient management focused on continuous improvement. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Supervise purchasing processes, goods receipt, and warehouse control, ensuring accurate accounting allocation. * Monitor operating expenses and analyze budget variances, collaborating on monthly and annual closings with the Finance department. * Manage accounting and administrative documentation, guaranteeing compliance and traceability. * Implement purchasing policies and stock control, verifying supplier prices and conditions. * Support internal audits and participate in the continuous improvement of administrative and economic control processes. * Act as a liaison with the People department, ensuring proper personnel documentation management and regulatory compliance, as well as implementing internal policies and programs that strengthen cultural and operational alignment within the group. * Provide periodic economic and administrative control reports to support decision-making. * Participate in operational and budgetary meetings, identifying cost optimization opportunities and process improvements. **What are we looking for?** * Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar. Training in management control or auditing is a plus. * Minimum 3 years of experience in financial control, hotel administration, or internal audit, preferably in *hospitality* or *retail*. * Solid knowledge of purchasing, warehousing, and inventory control processes. * Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, PMS, and procurement platforms. * Languages: minimum English B2.
