We are seeking to hire an Electromechanical Engineer to join our technical team to develop, coordinate, and provide comprehensive support for electromechanical projects—combining engineering, technical advisory, project management, and business development functions—ensuring solutions aligned with client needs and the highest technical and safety standards. #### **Job Mission** Develop all competencies inherent to an electromechanical engineering professional, delivering technical value both in project design and execution as well as in customer and internal team support, thereby contributing to the company’s technical and commercial growth. #### **Key Responsibilities** **Technical Advisory and Support** * Providing on-site and/or telephone technical advisory to installer clients on projects and installations. * Delivering specialized technical support to the sales team and counter staff. * Ensuring installations and applications meet client requirements and current safety standards. **Engineering, Design, and Development** * Designing, controlling, and implementing electromechanical products and systems. * Preparing technical specifications for the design, development, and installation of mechanical components, tools, and systems. * Planning and creating electromechanical designs for new products. * Conducting research and development of electromechanical solutions, as well as improving existing systems. * Actively collaborating with other engineering and technical teams in designing and applying new processes and systems. **Project and Budget Management** * Managing engineering projects, ensuring proper planning and on-time delivery. * Assessing the technical requirements of projects. * Preparing technical studies and budgets for thermal installations, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing, electrical systems, etc. * Analyzing requirements for new equipment, calculating costs, and supporting budget preparation. **Testing, Analysis, and Quality Control** * Measuring performance of electromechanical components and systems. * Developing testing procedures and conducting trials for new designs. * Analyzing test data and preparing technical reports. * Evaluating performance and quality in both new and existing systems. * Supervising inspection and maintenance plans, making adjustments or modifications when necessary. **Business Development** * Identifying new business opportunities through existing and prospective clients. * Developing business via new marketing channels, leveraging technical expertise as a differentiating factor. **Documentation and Tracking** * Preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation to track design and development processes. * Writing clear, structured, and comprehensible technical documentation. #### **Required Education** * Bachelor’s or Technical Degree in Electromechanical Engineering. #### **Required Experience** * Minimum 5 years of experience in roles related to electromechanical engineering. #### **Technical Knowledge** * Extensive knowledge of electromechanical engineering. * High level of technical and scientific knowledge. * Proficiency in applied mathematical skills. * Ability to conduct simulations and analyze test data. * Proficiency in office software, drafting/design software, and engineering platforms (CAD, CAM, Matlab). * Experience using ERP and CRM systems. * Basic knowledge of Information Technology (IT). #### **Personal Competencies** * Strong planning and organizational skills. * Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. * Problem-solving orientation. * Ability to work under pressure. * Creative, proactive, and initiative-driven profile. * Ability to write clear and precise technical documentation. #### **Languages** * Bilingual proficiency (English or German) is considered a strong asset. #### **What We Offer** * Employment with a stable, solid, and market-recognized company. * Indefinite-term contract. * Integration into a professional technical team at our Palma de Mallorca office. * A positive, dynamic, and collaborative work environment. * Autonomy in carrying out job responsibilities. * Continuous company-sponsored training. * Real opportunities for professional growth and advancement based on performance and merit. * Competitive remuneration aligned with industry standards and job responsibilities—negotiable according to experience and expertise—and including incentives. * Disability certificate (33% or higher), as stipulated by current regulations, is valued. #### **Social Benefits** * Laptop computer * Mobile phone * Personal insurance
