Location and Contract * **Vacant Positions:** * **Industrial Refrigeration Technician** * **Industrial Machinery Mechanic** * **Location:** Son Oms Industrial Park, **Palma de Mallorca** (Balearic Islands) * **Contract Type:** Stable contract options will be considered (Fixed-Term Intermittent / Indefinite, to be determined based on candidate profile). * **Company:** GEM Equipament (Mention if you wish to include the company name) ❄ Profile 1: Industrial Refrigeration Technician We are seeking a professional with experience in the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of industrial refrigeration systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install and commission industrial refrigeration equipment and systems. * Diagnose and repair faults in compressors, condensers, evaporators, and associated electrical control panels. * Perform periodic maintenance and inspection of refrigeration installations to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. * Comply with current regulations regarding fluorinated gases and industrial safety. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Specialized training in Industrial Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. * RITE certification or authorizations for handling fluorinated gases. ⚙ Profile 2: Industrial Machinery Mechanic We are seeking a Mechanical Technician with solid expertise in the maintenance, adjustment, and repair of heavy machinery and industrial equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks on company machinery. * Identify and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures. * Adjust and align mechanical components (bearings, transmissions, gears, etc.). * Perform welding work for specific repairs (positively valued). **Desirable Qualifications:** * Vocational Training in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or related field. * Demonstrable experience in industrial environments. General Conditions * **Working Hours:** Full-time (Monday to Friday). * **Schedule:** 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (On-call duties or schedule flexibility possible depending on service needs). * **Salary:** **To be agreed** with the candidate, based on experience, qualifications, and certifications provided.
