




Position Summary: We are seeking a Cook to prepare meals and menus, operate kitchen equipment, manage inventory, and supervise staff in Gijón, with prior experience required. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food and menu preparation 2. Inventory management and supplier relations 3. Supervision of other staff We are looking for a Cook to work in Gijón (Asturias). Duties include preparing meals and menus, operating griddles, ovens, and fryers, preserving and utilizing ingredients efficiently, maintaining cleanliness of the work area and utensils, monitoring inventory levels and liaising with suppliers, as well as supervising other staff. Prior experience in these tasks is required. A non-renewable five-month temporary contract is offered, full-time, with morning shifts from Monday to Thursday, and both morning and evening shifts on Fridays and Saturdays. Salary complies with the Collective Agreement for the Hospitality Sector of the Principality of Asturias.
