Participation in comprehensive luxury smart home projects At Proinsermant, dedicated to developing comprehensive luxury smart home projects along the Costa del Sol with 40 years of experience delivering services, we are recruiting a Project Engineer for our Engineering Department. We seek a candidate with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in design, calculation, drafting, measurement, budgeting, and legalization to support Site Engineers responsible for Technical Management of installations in residential buildings—including plumbing, sanitation, electricity, ventilation, air conditioning—among others, reporting directly to the Head of the Engineering Department. Requirements: \- Degree in Technical or Senior Engineering. \- Design and calculation of installations. \- Execution of measurements and budgets. \- Applicable regulations for legalization of installation projects. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Proficiency in Revit. \- Advanced user of Office 365 suite. Minimum Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in installation projects. \- Professional experience in collaborative projects using Revit. \- Proficiency in AutoCAD. \- Advanced level of English.
