




### **About the service** We are looking for a passionate **Second Chef** with strong leadership skills and commitment to excellence for Hotel Sunprime Atlantic View **Responsibilities** * Select product and quality according to brand standards * Control stock orders, goods reception, and inventory * Monitor menu costs for buffet and à la carte services * Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) * Monitor menu content and allergen procedures * Hire personnel * Train in personnel management, work shifts, evaluation meetings, and daily performance follow-up * Organize and carry out tasks related to food service delivery * Develop menus consistent with brand standards * Apply tourism and labor legislation relevant to the position * Oversee all kitchen sections—cold, hot, dessert, pantry, etc.—with feedback, process control, and daily monitoring. ##### **Required knowledge** * + Leadership and experience managing large teams + Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4/5-star hotel + Highly organized + Responsible + Advanced knowledge: cuisine, menus, costing, and HACCP + Demonstrate additional experiences and knowledge that add value to the role (experience in various thematic cuisines) **Desirable** * Excellent coordination and communication skills * Proactive * Empathy * Intermediate spoken English * Willingness to develop and learn * Proficient user of Microsoft Office **Professional qualifications** * BUP / COU / FPI in Hospitality and Tourism Cuisine * Food handling certificate * HACCP certification *Welcome to apply!*
